Pageantry, craftsmanship, and fandom appreciation intersect in this, one of the most traditional of convention events. The cosplay costumes that you’ve poured sweat, tears, and blood into will be judged by our expert panel of judges. Then, you will participate in a fashionable Cosplay Runway during the Cosplay Masquerade. Multiple prizes are available to exceptional cosplays!

Thank you for your interest in joining our Cosplay Craftsmanship Competition. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting pre-registrations to this contest. Those who have already applied will hear back on February 8, 2018 at the latest in regards to their pre-judging time slot. Please be prompt to your pre-judging time as time slots are limited and we cannot guarantee an alternative if you miss your original slot.

However, if you still wish to participate in this contest, you may speak to a Genericon Staff member at the Cosplay Info Table during the convention to register.

The full details of our Craftsmanship Contest are located here: Craftsmanship Competition: Rules and Policies. For any questions or concerns, please contact the Cosplay Coordinators.
